The Candidate Journal Wants To See Your Analysis!
A psychoanalysis cannot be transmitted. But can it be drawn? If called upon to do so, how would you represent your analysis? Would you paint it? Would you graph it? Draw a cartoon or pictogram? Is there a sentence or vignette or meme or formula or word or set of signifiers that sums up something essential about the structure of (your) analysis?
The Candidate Journal is now accepting submissions to our first-ever "Graph Your Analysis" contest. Any medium of representation is potentially appropriate, as long as it can be placed online. Submissions will be posted on the journal's website, and the winning submission will be chosen at the whim of the editors, according to no particular criteria. The winner will receive a Certificate of Visual Capture as well as a lifetime membership to the Museum of the Moving Image in Astoria, Queens.
Send your submissions to firstname.lastname@example.org by Feb. 15, 2018 and specify whether you would like your representation to be posted anonymously.
